Design Approved!!!

On August 20, 2020 Scott McCoy represented the Design Selection Committee at the Board of Commissioners meeting and presented the design we proposed for the new Bowie Nature Park playground. On Sept. 3rd we all gathered back at Town Hall for the vote on the design. It was approved by every Commissioner, a few even commented that they would like to try it out along with the children of Fairview.

This is fantastic news! Now we move into the fundraising phase. The Friends of Bowie Nature Park will be handling all donations and you can donate here or you can visit First Bank in Fairview to make a donation in person.
